WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please note that SALE items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please note that paid orders can not be cancelled. You will have to wait until you receive your parcel, before you can do a return.
You need to inform us within 3 days of receipt of your order that you would like to return the item. Returns are for the customer's own account. Refunds will be made once the item was received in sellable condition (not worn).
WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
All orders are shipped as soon as we receive your P.O.P & when the items are ready.
All our items are handmade, and will take approximately 3-10 working days for orders to be ready and shipped out.
As soon as the parcel is shipped, it is your own responsibility to stay in contact with your local courier office, may it be Courier Guy (Pudo) or Postnet.
